Processing and Shipping Time

All orders, except pre-order items, will be shipped within 5 business days. Orders received on weekends or U.S. holidays will be shipped on the next business day.

Pre-order items are typically shipped within 20-30 days. Please note that delays may occur due to shipping carrier issues.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking numbers to be activated after shipping confirmation, especially on weekends and holidays.

Domestic U.S. Orders

Sales tax will be applied to orders shipped to applicable states.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing an order. We are not responsible for undelivered items due to incorrect shipping addresses. Shipping fees are non-refundable if packages are returned to us due to incorrect/invalid addresses. Additional shipping fees will apply for reshipping.

International Orders

Import taxes, customs duties, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping costs. These fees are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine any additional costs before purchasing.

Orders with Freight Forwarder Addresses

We strongly recommend adding insurance or a signature requirement for your order if you choose to use freight forwarding services. There is a higher risk of goods being lost or damaged during additional shipping, and we cannot be held responsible. If you prefer this service with an additional fee, please contact us before placing the order.

Orders Returned Due to Incorrect Shipping Address

Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address may be reshipped, but the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.
