Processing & Shipping Time
All orders (except for minifigure items, which may take an additional 1–3 weeks) will be handed over to the domestic carrier within 7–14 business days. Once received, your order will be processed and shipped to your destination country.
Regular items are usually shipped within 20–40 days (in some cases up to 60 days due to external factors such as weather conditions or delays in material supply). Please note that since our products are handcrafted, some delays may occur — we take time to ensure each piece is carefully made before shipping.
Please make sure that your shipping address is fixed and accurate, as we cannot be held responsible for any lost packages caused by address changes after shipment.
After your order has been shipped, please allow approximately 10–20 days for the tracking number to become active, especially during weekends or holidays.
Domestic U.S. Orders
Sales tax will be applied to orders shipped to states where required.
Please make sure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for items not delivered due to incorrect shipping addresses. Shipping fees are non-refundable if the package is returned for an invalid/incorrect address. Additional shipping fees will apply for reshipments.
International Orders
Shipping services may vary depending on the destination country.

Import duties, customs taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your local customs office to determine any additional costs before purchasing.
Orders Shipped to Freight Forwarding Addresses
We strongly recommend adding insurance or requiring a signature for orders shipped via freight forwarding services. The risk of loss or damage during additional transit is higher, and we are not responsible for such issues. If you would like to use this service with an additional fee, please contact us before placing your order.
Orders Returned Due to Incorrect Shipping Address
Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses may be reshipped, but the buyer will be responsible for all additional shipping costs.
